Startpage's search engine, Anonymous View , and all of our other offerings are completely free. Like many other websites and internet services, Startpage generates its income from advertising. Sponsored links are clearly labeled as ads and may appear alongside web results, image results, and shopping results, as well as on our homepage from time to time. Clicking a sponsored link will take you away from Startpage to an advertiser's website. These links are anonymously generated solely based on the search term you entered, not on your past searches, browsing history, or tracking cookies. Startpage teilt keine datenschutzsensiblen Nutzerdaten mit Anbietern unserer Anzeigen. However, by clicking on an ad, as with any other website you click on after performing a search on Startpage, you leave the privacy protection of Startpage, and are subject to those websites' data collection policies.
