How to access Onedrive for business login screen?
发布时间:2026-10-22 | 浏览:1
I'm using Windows 7 Enterprise SP1
I am trying to log in to OneDrive for business but cannot find anyway to access the login screen.
I can click on the cloud system tray icon and it tells me "Sync problems", I view the sync problem and it says Resolution: "Please enter your credentials"
And thats it... no way to launch the login screen to enter the credentials. Any way to force the login screen to appear?
A Microsoft file hosting and synchronization service.

Anonymous 2017-09-18T07:54:34+00:00 Hi Adrian, To use OneDrive to sync your documents and files, we suggest you use the new OneDrive sync client( onedrive.exe ) on your Windows 7. For detailed information, please refer to the following article: Get started with the new OneDrive sync client in Windows After that, you can setup your OneDrive account to sync files. If you want to create another account, just right click the OneDrive icon in the right lower corner, and then select Settings > Add an account to put your email address into the Set up OneDrive window. Regards, William Hi William, Thanks for the reply. I'm unable to upgrade at this time as the new version doesn't support on-premise storage. Judging by the screenshots the new app also doesn't seem to give me any option to force a log in either. For now it seems my only solution is to exit the application and reload, hoping that the log in box appears. Failing that I have the "reboot computer" option. 0 comments No comments
